Mana Restaurant and Bar

Mana Uluwatu is a relatively new addition to the iconic cluster of breathtaking bars along Uluwatu’s coastline.

Opened in 2018, this jubilant and relaxing environment of wooden floors, white beams and gorgeous overhanging lighting opens up to reveal the ever-flowing bay and the ever-changing horizon. Come to enjoy the spectacular views, hang for soulful meals and top-tier cocktails.

The food is simple, yet effortlessly effective. In true surfer style, the restaurant is all about wholesome, nourishing bites from both land and sea. The tacos are the stand-out dish on the menu and they typify this restaurant’s philosophy where the finer details make all the difference to your culinary experience.

Expert mixologists are on hand to prepare a host of exotic drinks that tremendously complement your tropical surroundings. Of course, Mana does a classic margarita very well indeed, but why not try something more exotic? From a ‘Hibiscus Margarita’, with rosella infused Jose Cuervo Tequila, hibiscus syrup and pineapple juice, to a ‘Roots Rock Mojito’, with rum, red chilli, lemongrass, ginger, roots syrup, lime and mint, there’s so much to choose from.

Cire At Alila Villas

Located at the beautiful Alila Villas, this open-air modern restaurant and bar serves up a fusion of eastern and western flavours as well as creatively curated drinks amid brilliant views of the Indian Ocean.

El Kabron 

El Kabron is another stunning location atop the cliffs of Uluwatu with sweeping views across the Indian Ocean and jaw-dropping sunsets that fill the sky with hues of mango and dark violet.
