Growing up on the South Coast of NSW, Josh Tyler began his culinary career in 1998, as his passion for cooking grew so did his Milestones. After working alongside chefs in Canada and France Josh opened his own establishment in Malua Bay, Tyler’s Kitchen. This was followed by his second restaurant, Tyler’s Pantry in Mogo, which was awarded national recognition with a Chefs Hat by the prestigious Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide.
