The Ungasan Executive Chef Josh Tyler honed his skills in some of the world’s finest restaurants. Starting his career with Peter Doyle at Sydney’s Celsius Restaurant and Serge Dansereau at Bathers Pavilion, Chef Josh worked his way through the best kitchens of Europe. For his own restaurant, Tyler’s Kitchen, he earned a coveted Chefs Hat from The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide.
F&B Director Daniel Whitelaw has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years in leading global restaurants, from Tetsuya’s in Sydney, to the Savoy Hotel in London. He brings this wealth of experience to ensure a flawless experience for your stay at The Ungasan.
